We have a sad farewell to say, it's to Alice, our team member in Italy, she took a break but does not feel ready to return, so we have left the door open for her to come back to us next year, we hope she does. 

But there is also some good news and a new team member to introduce, it's Pinky who I am sure will be familiar to many of you, please join us in giving her a very warm welcome.
